You can request a repeat prescription by completing the online form below or emailing:

Please include your Name, Date of Birth and please list the name , dosage and quantity of each medication you require.

We can now email your prescription to your pharmacy directly - please name this pharmacy in your email to us.

Phone Consultations

We offer phone consultations as part of our service.

If the call is related to a concern about Covid this is covered free of charge to all patients - private patients must provide their PPS number for this service

Patients may also avail of a phone consultation for other routine issues.

The fee for these type of phone consultation for private patients is 30 euro.

If you have a health concern please contact us.

We may be able to sort your issue out by phone and if we do need to bring you to the practice please be assured we are taking all necessary precautions to keep you safe.
